大厨精心挑选血统纯正的朗德鹅,不仅要求“体形够大”,仅仅选用的单体鹅肝质量必须大于700克以上,且颜色呈象牙白色。因为700克以上的鹅肝,被称为上乘佳品。

Baker's Pizza International R&D Center combined several chefs working together,repeatedly conditioning, from the material collocation,ingredients proportion to temperature control are all keeping meticulous, because we know every process affects the pizza's taste and flavor.After more than 20 times of testing, upgraded to a completely new recipe, the precious foie gras, wild Mushroom in a balanced ratio, adding the meat of goose,  filled with Parmesan cheese, strictly about the baking time,finally we created the amazing Baker's Pizza Foie Gras Pizza.
Chef carefully choose pure Landaise,not only should be big enough,but also each Foie Gras is more than 700 grams and ivory color. Because the Foie Gras over 700 grams is regarded as the superior quality.
